I like understanding how things work, then making them work better. Mostly that means systems: how a business acquires its customers, how money moves through it, and where it quietly leaks.
I started out in sales and operations, learning funnels, churn, unit economics and the boring work of keeping things running. Somewhere along the way I picked up Python, and now I build tools I think businesses wouldn’t mind paying for, and projects in fields I find interesting.
Lately that has meant working with a software company that keeps hotel operations running, a risk model for the heart, a cross-venue arbitrage engine that hunts for pricing gaps between prediction markets, and a few computational biology experiments I’m still not sure how to explain at dinner: designing protein binders against a cancer-driving KRAS mutation, and mining multi-omic data for early Alzheimer’s biomarkers. I’m drawn to problems that sit between fields, the ones nobody has really put a name on yet.
Away from the screen I coach and train mixed martial arts. Less strategy deck, more getting hit in the face and humbled.

Pick an area to see what I have been building and learning.
Phase 1 (Generative Binder Design): Designed custom protein binders targeting KRAS (G12D) a key oncogenic mutation in pancreatic and lung cancers to block its active binding pocket. Built using the University of Washington (Baker Lab) RFdiffusion and ProteinMPNN models for backbone generation and sequence design, then validated candidate structures using AlphaFold.
Phase 2 (In Silico Docking & Occlusion): Evaluated competitive binding dynamics and interface occupancy against GTP-state inhibitors using MIT's DiffDock diffusion framework. Mapped steric occlusion profiles across the switch-II pocket to verify binding selectivity.
Phase 1 (Exploratory Biomarker Mapping): Parsed Stanford's SPHERE synthetic cohort (N=644) to map multi-omic blood and fluid markers against Alzheimer's disease progression. Built automated pipelines for statistical modeling, gene activity analysis, and protein correlation across CSF and plasma datasets.
Phase 2 (In Silico Perturbation): Extended the framework using single-cell foundation models (scGPT / GEARS) to simulate gene knockouts in software. Modeled how cell states shift under perturbation before running downstream validation, moving from static multi-omic analysis to predictive transcriptomic modeling.
Not a performer yet. Two pieces I am working through at the moment.
Wordle, with a Mihir-shaped twist. Six tries.
